These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wearablecompany.store (the "Site") operated by Wearable Co. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Products
All products are apparel prepared individually for each order and shipped within the United States. Because each item is finished after you order, slight colour variation may occur between a screen and the finished garment. This is normal and is not considered a defect.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.
3. Order Processing
Orders take 2–5 business days to prepare after payment is confirmed. Shipping time is additional.
4. Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible for errors in orders due to incorrect information provided by you at checkout (wrong size, wrong address, etc.). Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All graphics, designs, text, logos, and other content on the Site are the property of Wearable Co. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wearable Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
